Shop at not one, but two tasting events, immerse yourself in the spirit with a spirits tasting, and learn how to successfully saber a bottle of champagne just in time for New Years Eve. early next week with a Christmas beer dinner that features a sweet take on holiday tamales.

Whiskey Ranch Vacations
The expansive TX Whiskey House, with its rolling hills, downtown views and whiskey barrel Christmas tree, is open for vacation bliss. Visit Tuesday and Wednesday 6 to 8 p.m. and Saturday 1 to 9 p.m. to sip seasonal libations by the fireside and do Christmas shopping at the same time. There will also be food trucks and live music. Cookie decoration and wine theft at WineHaus
South Fort Worth’s Wine Bar and Bottle Shop is busy with holiday events this season, including wine tasting accompanied by customizable cookies. The cost is $ 20 and includes wine and six cookies as well as decorating tools. The event will take place from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Holiday syrups, snacks and (ugly) sweaters
This four-stop tasting tour of Grapevine will feature full-size cocktails and hearty appetizers at every destination. Stops include Harvest Hall, Mac’s on Main, Piaf Kitchen, and Off the Vine. The price is $ 149 per person (all fees included) and the tasting tour starts at 6 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to the best âuglyâ sweater.
Holiday spirits around the world at the hotel Vin
Get into the spirit of the season with a spirits tasting. The event, which will take place inside the city center Grapevine’s Hotel Vin, will take attendees on a spirits tour of Scotland, Venezuela, Italy and Mexico. The cost per person is $ 40 and the tasting starts at 6 p.m.

Breakfast with Santa and the Holiday Market at Fort Brewery
The Brasserie Pizza Restaurant, as well as Wandering Roots Markets, offer a day of dining, tasting and shopping. Start with a buffet breakfast (and photos) with Santa, then stick around to shop among 35 local artisan vendors; decoration of cookies; Hot chocolate; story time, and more. The event runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and if you miss it this week, there will be one more on the following Saturday, December 18.
Visit the Fort Worth Botanical Garden for an indoor-outdoor tasting and shopping event featuring food trucks, hot chocolate and coffee, live holiday shows from the Fort Worth Opera House, artisanal goods for sale and even a visit from Santa Claus. The free event will take place in the Garden Center, the Texas Botanical Research Institute building, and surrounding parking lots from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., admission includes free access to the botanical garden itself.

Find out during this festive and informative class on all things sparkling, which includes a lesson in the flamboyant art of the sword, perfect for wowing New Year’s Eve guests. Christmas Beer Dinner in Mexico at Funky Picnic Brewery & CafÃ©
The folks at the South Fort Worth Brewery and Cafe will collaborate with Chef Angel Fuentes of GuapoTaco to present a five-course dinner accompanied by Funky Picnic beers. Menu highlights include the hibiscus salad, traditional chili en nogada (poblano peppers stuffed with picadillo and cream sauce), blue corn sopes, and dessert tamales. Dinner costs $ 80 per person and starts at 7 p.m.
