Brunello Cucinelli opens its first store at Rome Fiumicino Airport

Italian luxury house Brunello Cucinelli opened its first airport store.

The 92m² boutique in Rome Fiumicino International Airport (FCO) is the brand’s second travel retail store after opening an outlet at Sanya Mall in Hainan earlier this year.

The new boutique is located within the luxury airport grounds and is designed to reflect the monochrome coloring and classic styles of the brand’s national stores. The clear and open layout provides space for shoppers who wish to browse the offering of luxury items such as clothing, bags and leather goods.

“This boutique is a small piece of Italian luxury and fashion excellence, living in the heart of FCO’s luxury district,” said Marco Passoni, Senior Vice President from the luxury travel agency TW.O & Partners.

“This boutique is a little piece of Italian luxury and fashion excellence, living in the heart of FCO’s luxury district.

“We are delighted to see Brunello Cucinelli continue to establish itself in the travel retail market at a time when true luxury and the brand’s humanitarian values have never been more important.

Brunello Cucinelli, which bears the name of its founder, presents itself as a “humanist enterprise” which operates on the principle that respect should occupy “the center stage in all things”.
